“Dyfed Powys Police attended a two vehicle road traffic collision which occurred at approximately 5.45pm on the 14th July on the B4337 near Cilcennin, Lampeter.
Sadly a 50 year old male who was driving a Red VW Golf was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.
The 21 year old male, driving a red Honda Civic, was taken to hospital with serious injuries. He is described as being in a stable condition.
The road was closed whilst specialist officers’ conducted a thorough investigation to establish the cause of the collision.
Any witnesses to this incident are asked to contact Sergeant Chris Neve in the Roads Policing Unit on 101.”
