The Llanelli Christmas Carnival’s Design a Light competition which is organised every year will be judged remotely this Wednesday, by Chairman Cllr Sharen L. Davies, Llanelli Town Mayor Cllr Chris Griffiths and Carmarthenshire County Council’s Chairman Cllr Ieuan Wyn Davies. Although this year’s event will be very different the winning entries will still shine down upon us over the festive period.
