DPA Law Partner re-appointed to The Law Society’s Company Law Committee for ‘unprecedented’ third term

Kathryn Devonald-Davies, solicitor and partner at DPA Law, has been re-appointed to The Law Society’s Company Law Committee for a further three-year term, marking an exceptional third consecutive appointment to one of the profession’s specialist advisory committees.

The Law Society’s advisory committees provide specialist expertise across key practice areas, drawing on members’ day-to-day legal experience to inform guidance, policy work and trusted resources for solicitors and the wider profession. Through her role on the Company Law Committee, Kathryn volunteers her time and knowledge to support work on issues including government consultations, company law developments and legal reform.

Kathryn Devonald-Davies said ‘It is a privilege to be welcomed back to The Law Society’s Company Law Committee for an unprecedented third term. I am proud to volunteer my time and expertise in an advisory capacity and to have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow committee members on matters that help shape and support the profession.’

In addition to her role at DPA Law and her work with the Company Law Committee, Kathryn is a trustee of two charities,Angor and Menter Cwm Gwendraeth Elli, and hosts ‘Legally Ginger,’ a podcast offering practical advice to aspiring entrepreneurs. DPA Law also hosts the West Wales Business Hub, which provides free monthly events bringing together businesses across West Wales.
