Josh Rosenthal, our Disability Champion, recently told us about the many challenges he faces when travelling in the community. Once he told us, we wanted to find out how many other people faced these same challenges. We also wanted to find out if other people experience challenges that Josh does not.
In order to find out what kind of challenges people who have different kinds of disabilities face, we have set up a google forms survey.

Anyone who completes the survey needs to press ‘submit’, at the bottom of the survey, otherwise their responses will not be sent to us.
Please share this survey with anyone you know who lives in Carmarthenshire, who has a disability, and their families.
We want to get as many responses as possible. Thank you.
We will use the survey responses to look at what support we or other organisations can offer to help to address any transport challenges raised in the survey.
