Chat to people who understand and have or do suffer from Stress, Anxiety and Depression.

The last two years have affected us all and we know that talking about it can help us feel less alone, more able to cope and encouraged to seek support if we need to.

There’s also the cost of Living Crisis that is worrying people.

If you’re unable to make it as you can’t leave your house for any reason then please let us know as we can create online access via Zoom.
