Shaping Future Library Services

The future of Pembrokeshire’s libraries is being discussed at a series of meetings across the County this summer.
The four meetings already held have been well attended with eight more scheduled to take place.
As a result of continued government spending cuts and technological changes, Pembrokeshire County Council is undertaking a comprehensive review of its library services.
At the heart of the review will be an understanding of local people’s library needs.
So, before any proposals for change are put forward, the Council is asking for the public’s views.
It has arranged a series of meetings across the County enabling people to help shape the future of library services in Pembrokeshire.
Meetings have already been held at Newport, Saundersfoot, St David’s and Crymych with the following meetings due to be held:
