Successful applicants to the programme are provided the opportunity to learn through practical experience, with some prior applicants going on to establish their own businesses.

Successful candidates will begin a minimum two-year paid apprenticeship/training programme with Lloyd & Gravell Ltd, TRJ Ltd, CYFLE or Carmarthenshire County Council starting from September 2020.

A basic knowledge of Welsh is necessary for these roles, though support can be offered to reach this level.
