We are investigating the theft of 10 Cocker Spaniels, including five new-born puppies, from the outbuilding of a farm in the Upper Tumble area on the evening of Friday, 4 December.

Among the Cocker Spaniels taken was a three-year-old black female which had recently given birth to five puppies – three black and two black and white.

Officers are now appealing for information after a vehicle, believed to have been used in the burglary, was seized by South Wales Police after it was found in Penllergaer Woods.
