The Quay, Carmarthen, from its junction with Coracle Way for a distance of 240 metres in a south-westerly direction will be temporarily closed for the town’s River Festival on August 29.
The closure is necessary to ensure public safety for the afternoon of the festival 1pm to 8pm.
The alternative route for south-westbound traffic is to travel along the A4242 Coracle Way in a westerly direction to its junction with Blue Street roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit to return to a point south-west of the closure.
