On Friday 31st March, Trefloyne Manor received confirmation of their first AA Rosette award, highlighting The Terrace Restaurant’s high standards, technical skill and use of quality ingredients. The Terrace Restaurant, located in the hotel’s orangery, has a menu that centres around seasonal produce with ingredients sourced from local suppliers. The Restaurant has become renowned in the area for its fish board that changes daily to showcase the best of Tenby’s seafood. All the food at Trefloyne is paired with wines from the Manor’s carefully selected wine list, as part of the dedication to using the highest quality produce.
