For Horrible Histories fans it was a dream come true when the Greeks and Vikings visited Llanelli’s Ffwrnes Theatre.
Aphrodite, goddess of love, and a viking solider descended on the town centre building to be met by eager youngsters queuing for pictures and selfies with their favourite characters.
Ffranki the theatre mascot also joined in.
The meet and greet visit was ahead of the Birmingham Stage Company’s live stage show this weekend. Both matinee and evening public performances are still available on May 19 (matinee), 22, 23 and 24.
Using 3D special effects the shows are guaranteed to thrill as historical figures and events come alive on stage.
