THE public is being offered the chance give its opinion on developments to Oriel Myrddin Gallery, Carmarthen.
Carmarthenshire County Council is currently working with Oriel Myrddin Gallery on an application to Arts Council Wales for a Capital Lottery Funding which, if successful, will be used to refurbish and remodel the gallery.
This would include an extension into King Street, an upgraded gallery and increased gallery space.
The remodel will include an expanded multi-use education and creative activity space, community and artist studio spaces, a café and a shop.
To support the funding application a public consultation is being held at Oriel Myrddin Gallery from May 22-27 between 10am and 5pm.
An online feedback form is also available on the council’s website www.carmarthenshire.gov.wales or copies of the survey will be available at the gallery during the consultation.
