Throughout history the flag (English, Welsh, Scottish & Irish) has been used as a point to rally to, both civilian and military. Many nations like the US always fly their flag as a show of national pride but here in the UK anyone that does is called far right. Some folks that “demand” the flags are removed are not proud of their heritage, do not support it and seem to be embarrassed by it. It makes me wonder if they deserve a place in our society……
